Community Action Projects (CAP)
Building Capacity in the Community

        
As part of the Leadership Niagara Premier Program experience, participants are asked to participate in a Community Action Project (CAP).  Each team works in partnership with a local non-profit to design, develop and complete a project that would allow them to grow as leaders,
build on their capacity to collaborate, and create a meaningful impact in the community.
